THE RECORD
IS INCOMPLETE
Across decades and continents, fragments surface: an anomalous return on a radar screen, a document with the wrong page missing, a witness whose account outlasts the official explanation.
This archive is a work of fiction. Each file separates its narrative premise from its evidence status. No invented case is presented as authentic government material.
